Ryan Eddins, LCSW

I grew up in rural Utah, and spending time with my family in the mountains one of my greatest passions. I enjoy skiing alongside them and traveling during my free time. I earned my Bachelor's degree in Social Work from The University Utah, focusing on substance use disorder treatment and child welfare systems. I then pursued my Master's in Social Work at Boise State University. My interests include studying evidence-based eye movement therapies, parts (based on Internal Family), and attachment theory, which help individuals heal from abuse, trauma, bipolar, and dissociative identity disorders. I began my career in residential treatment homes for youth before transitioning to government roles, I worked as an EMDR trauma therapist. In this capacity, I assisted adults and children in overcoming anxiety, depression, dissociative symptoms, and family-related challenges. My mental health services have successfully supported many individuals in addressing their and behavioral health issues through evidence-based, compassionate, and transparent care.
